90% of households subscribing to Internet are broadband
Some 64% of households reported having Internet access at home in 2010, against 56% in 2008, according to Insee. They were 12% a decade. Among the subscribers to the Internet, 90% are broadband. Moreover, the "digital divide" between the various professional categories tends to disappear. However, the cost of the subscription or material would still be a disincentive to purchase a portion of the population.
