The title 20 Minutes will cover 32 cities, against 12 previously, with 1 million copies to be distributed from 16 March. "20 Minutes should reach 3.5 million readers, " said Pierre-Jean Bozo, president of the free daily owned by the Norwegian Schibsted Group and Sipa (Ouest-France), at a press conference March 8. "Our goal is to increase our audience, with the ambition to become as powerful as a screen for prime time in 2015 ..." Between 5 and 10 million euros have been spent on this expansion. The daily 20 Minutes posted a net profit of 2.8 million euros for a turnover of 52.4 million euros in 2010.
