An employee convicted

of insulting his boss

The employee call center Webhelp in Caen, who wrote "shit head" on the Facebook page CGT-FAPT his employer, was convicted of public insult, sentenced to 500 euro fine and a suspended pay 1 euro in damages to civil parties (Webhelp, Webhelp Caen and supervisor of the employee) by the Paris Criminal Court. It also ordered the publication of the sentence on the board of the company union at the expense of the accused. Management had sanctioned the employee, shop steward also, by laying off five days. Recently, employees fired for insults posted on Facebook defended themselves before the tribunal. The Court of Appeal of Douai was then decided that these insults were not serious misconduct or acts of God justifies breaking a CSD.
